8-Bit Mario World - Desert Mario

This is a short, 1-level hack that I've made.

Story:
Mario and Luigi decided to travel in a desert, but the way is blocked! But there is a pipe which leads to a cave, and you must help Mario and Luigi escape from that cave and see what's on the other side!

Modified the title screen logo a bit.
Removed the fadein.
The player is no longer able to skip the cave part.
Added a room after the castle.
The background of the level with the mushroom platforms now flashes blue due to a bug in the original SMB1 causing the BG to flash blue if the scenery type is 'Orange and mushroom' and at night.
Time limit is now 600 instead of 900.
Added a credits level.
The third room no longer scrolls up.
The eleventh room no longer scrolls down.
Disabled L/R buttons.

1.2
Fixed eleventh room.

1.3
Hack's name is now '8-bit Mario World'. Because this is a hack of SMW, not SMB1.
